Sooraj Nhaloor

Welcome to my academic profile. I am Sooraj Nhaloor, a doctoral student specializing in design and simulation of III-Nitride micro-LEDs.
My research focuses on understanding the lateral carrier transport in Gallium Nitride based micro-LEDs. I conduct computational simulations to explore how carrier transport work on these devices. Beyond simulation, my work spans optical characterization, fabrication mask designs and experimental-simulation reconciliation.

Beyond research, I love to communicate science in ways that are not just rigorous, but genuinely beautiful.
